Benita is a corporate services professional with extensive experience in legal,compliance, and organizational management. She currently serves as Lead,Corporate Services at Alpha10 Group, where she provides strategic leadership acrossLegal, Compliance, Human Resources, Administration, Corporate Governance, andConflict Management, while strengthening operational structures and ensuringregulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Alpha10, she was Legal Adviser, Compliance Officer, and CompanySecretary at IHMS (HMO), where she led compliance frameworks, risk management,contract oversight, and corporate governance initiatives. She also served as Manager,Administration & Legal at Industrial Cartons Ltd., Assistant Legal Adviser at KnorrConstruction Company Ltd., and began her career at Abiodun Onidare & Co.,gaining experience in litigation, legal drafting, incorporation matters, and legalresearch.

Benita holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Ambrose Alli University, and aBarrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School. She is currentlypursuing an MBA in International Human Resource Management at Rome BusinessSchool. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Financial ReportingCouncil of Nigeria (FRCN), and an Associate Member of the Institute of CharteredSecretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
