Alhaji Yusuf Musa Deji is a renowned professional in the insurance industry for both life and general business space with over 20 years of industry experience with exceptional leadership, driving market expansion especially in the south south region with a strong zeal for customer centric based relationships.​

Prior to joining Alpha10 group, Alhaji Yusuf served as a Controller, Great Nigeria Insurance Plc (GNI) where he led branch expansion in the region, he was the branch manager International Energy Insurance Plc, Branch Head, Guinea Insurance Plc, Branch manager, Union Assurance Ltd, an associate company of Union Bank Plc now Sanlam Alliance Ltd.​

Alhaji Yusuf is an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACII), an associate member of The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (ARIB), master’s degree holder in Business Management from University of Benin (UNIBEN), with focus on financial management, a post graduate diploma in Business management from University of Benin, HND insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic now Lagos State University of Science and Technology.​
