As a Business Development Office, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the financial services sector. Your responsibilities will involve strategic planning, market engagement, client acquisition, and collaboration with internal Teams to achieve set objectives. |
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
• Identify and target potential clients, develop and execute strategies to acquire new businesses and expand the client base. • Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting the industry, conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform process improvements, product enhancement and sales pitch for the benefit Organization. • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, act as a key point of contact and establish credibility as a Trusted Advisor. • Promote the company’s services, products, and solutions to Clients while tailoring presentations and proposals to address the specific needs of clients. • Ensure compliance with all Know Your Customer requirements for seamless Client onboarding and monitor changes in the Client status for internal reporting and documentation. • Meet and exceed revenue targets through the successful conversion of new business opportunities, collaborate with the Sales and Investment Management Teams to maximize revenue potential. • Work closely with back office personnels to address client enquiries and provide prompt solutions. • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, monitor client accounts, anticipate needs, and proactively address issues. • Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand the professional network, stay active in relevant industry associations and forums. • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline transactions, and revenue generation. Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of various business development strategies. • Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to ensure business growth and development. |

Qualification • B. Sc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related courses. • Minimum 3 years industry experience. |
