ROLE DESCRIPTION  
As the Lead, Brand Communication and Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the company’s brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across all media channels.
The role involves overseeing digital campaigns, content development, public relations, social media, and brand identity initiatives. This position plays a key role in shaping the company’s image and driving customers and stakeholder engagement in alignment with business goals.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  
Develop and execute integrated brand communication strategies to position the company effectively in the market.

Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Monitor brand perception and initiate corrective action where necessary Plan, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid media, and website optimization.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights and KPIs Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors Oversee the creation of compelling content (written, visual, and video) for digital platforms, press releases, blogs, newsletters, and internal communications.

Manage editorial calendar and content strategy to support brand and product objectives.

Cultivate media relationships to promote positive coverage of the brand.

Prepare press kits, media statements, and handle crisis communication with discretion Coordinate media interviews, events, and speaking opportunities for senior executives Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow online presence and engagement.

Monitor social media trends and respond to opportunities or reputational issues in real time Lead and mentor the communications and digital marketing team.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, HR, product teams, and senior management to align brand messaging with business priorities.

Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to ensure business growth and development.
CAPABILITIES  
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of digital tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), and social media trends.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Creative thinker with an eye for detail and innovation.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
