Joel Adache is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in Customer Service, Accounting, Management, and Compliance. He currently serves as Lead, Alternative Investment at Alpha10, where he drives the development and management of alternative investment products, oversees strategic market initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and strengthens client relationships.

He previously held leadership and compliance roles in the banking sector, includingBranch Compliance Head at Wema Bank, Abuja, and over a decade of marketing andinternal control experience at Diamond/Access Bank Plc. His career highlights includemanaging strategic high network accounts, establishing commodities trading portfolios,developing investment strategies, performing due diligence on transactions, andsupervising teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulatorystandards.

Joel holds an MBA in Management from Nasarawa State University, a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from University of Maiduguri, and a National Diploma in Marketing from University of Jos. He also holds professional certifications, including NCMI Compliance Officer (SEC Sponsored Individual).
