Abdulhakeem Mohammed
Abdulhakeem has extensive experience in litigation, corporate and public law. He is currently the Principal Partner of Brentwood Solicitors. Prior to this, he served with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) across various functional departments and zones, including as Director, Compliance; Director Registry and Director, Business Names. Before this role, he was State Counsel, Ministry of Justice, Kano.
He has served as a Board Member of National Identity Management Commission (NIMC). He was appointed as Interim Management of Afro Oil PLC by the Securities & Exchange Commission and was a Member of the Financial Services Regulation Co-ordination Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria representing the CAC.
Abdulhakeem has attended several local and international training including but not limited to; Corporate Performance & Service Delivery in a Globalised Economy, Abu dahbi; IT Management Concepts & Application – The American University, Cairo; Document Training – Document Management Concept UK LTF, London and Germany and Risk Management, Principles & Guidelines, Dubai.
He holds a Bachelors of Law Degree (LL.B) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators.
