Ihezue is a seasoned Banker, Project Manager, Engineering Consultant, Business Development Expert and Entrepreneur. He is the Founder of Hetz Engineering & Allied Services Limited an Engineering, Construction and Engineering Consultancy Company with foot prints in major Infrastructure and Construction blocks in Nigeria, Niger, Ukraine and Germany.

Prior to this, he worked with Guaranty Trust Bank as Transaction Services Manager and Relationship Manager, Retail Banking Group where he deployed strategies to improve transaction processing and grow the balance sheet size. Before this role, he worked at Benwils Nigeria Limited as Marketing Officer and Tvonne Nigeria Limited as a Field Engineer primarily handling recruitments of technical personnel, supervision of field projects for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC)/Daewoo Gas Pipeline Project and SPDC Rural Electrification Projects. He also worked with Ecand Nigeria Limited as Network Engineer.

He has attended several training locally and internationally including, Retail Credit Analysis – TLT, United Kingdom; Fraud Detection, Prevention & Control – Project Realisation Limited, Corporate Ethics & Ettiquettes – Westlake Consultants & AIB Associates.

Ihezue holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from Enugu State University of Science & Technology. He is a Member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigeria Society of Engineers and Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals.
