Lateef is a seasoned professional with extensive managerial expertise, cross sector exposure and proven ability to drive strategic business growth in stockbroking, asset management and pensions fund administration. He has unique expertise in operations management, finance, administration, business development and investment management.

Prior to joining Alpha10 Global Markets Limited, Lateef worked with Investment One Pension Managers Limited as Chief Operations Officer where he revamped the operations architecture that led to growth in funds under management due to strategic increase in retirement savings account registrations. Before his redeployment to Investment One Pension Managers Limited, he was Head Retail at Investment One Financial Services Limited (formerly GTB Asset Management Limited) where he implemented strategies to expand the asset under management. Prior to this, he was Head, Operations and Stockbroking and Head, Operations, Settlement & Stockbroking at Kakawa Asset Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kakawa Discount House Limited (now FBN Merchant Bank Limited). He also worked at F&C Securities Limited as Head, Operations & Relationship Management; TRW Stockbrokers Limited as Assistant Manager Operations; Fidelity Union Securities Limited as Senior Operations Officer; Thomas Kingsley Securities Limited as Operations Officer and Fidelity Finance Limited as Operations Assistant.

Lateef holds a Senior Management Certificate from Lagos Business School, a Masters in Banking & Finance from University of Lagos, Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Lagos. He is a member of the Chartered National Accountants of Nigeria (CNA), Chartered Institute of Risk Management of Nigeria (CIRMN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He is a 2020 – PECB ISO 27001 Certified Lead Implementer.
