Yetunde is a Lawyer with extensive experience spanning the public and private sector with specialization in Telecommunication, Regulatory & Aviation Law, Data Analysis, Administration, Litigation, Human Capital Management and Corporate Law.

She served as Director, Policy Competition & Economic Analysis at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC); Director, Legal and Regulatory Services and Assistant Director, Telecoms Laws & Regulation. She also led several functional departments including; Litigation & Dispute Resolution; Enforcement; Legal & Regulatory Services. Prior to this, she worked with Yomi Oshikoya & Co. Legal Practitioners as Head of Chambers; the Department of Employment, London as Administration Officer; Abayomi Sogbesan & Co. Legal Practioners as Counsel and Lagos State Ministry of Justice, Alausa as Administrator General & Public Trustee’s Office.

Yetunde is versed and resourceful in the local and international clime and has participated in several forums including, the Nigerian Bar Association Annual Global Conference; Section on Business Law Conferences, International Telecommunications Union Study Groups & Panels and NCC Annual Judges Conferences. She has attended several local and international training including, Advance Legal Writing Skills & Techniques – Dubai; Emerging Trends in Telecommunications Regulations – Houston, Texas; Telecom Mini MBA, London; Project Management – Washington; Liberalized Telecoms Market – Sweden; Telecommunications Regulatory Master Class – England; Leadership & Change Management, London; Legal & Regulatory Issues in Telecommunication – Uganda; Strengthening Domestic Regulatory Systems for Effective Corporate Governance – Rome and Public Utilities Regulation Course – Florida.

She holds a Bachelors of Law Degree (LL.B) from University of Lagos, Zaria and Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos.
