Muhammad Abubakar Ardo

Muhammad is a senior business development and public policy professional with over 20years of experience across the pension industry, public administration, and education. He has extensive expertise in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and policy advisory, with a strong track record of driving institutional growth and navigating complex regulatory environments.

Prior to working with Alpha10, he served as Head of Business Development at Trust Fund Pensions, leading strategic growth, market expansion, and partnership initiatives. He has held progressive leadership roles in Norrenberger Pension Limited, APT Pension Managers, Radix Pension Managers, and OAK Pension Ltd., managing regional operations across Northern Nigeria, driving customer acquisition, and delivering asset growth. Earlier, he gained valuable administrative and supervisory experience with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, Nigerian Turkish International College, and Hudaibiyya School.

Muhammed holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from Bayero University, Kano, multiple postgraduate qualifications in Public Policy and Administration, Developmental Studies, and an MBA in Marketing from the same institution, as well as an Honorary Doctorate in Political Science & Administration from Forpase University, Benin Republic. He serves as Deputy Country Director of the United Nations International Human Rights Commission and is recognized as an Eminent Peace Ambassador. He is a Fellow of the Institute of International Peace and Secure Society (FIPSS), Chartered Institute of Commerce (FCICN), Institute of Classic Entrepreneurship (FICENT), and Institute of Corporate Administrators (FICA), and serves as a Non-Executive Director on multiple boards.
