Muhammad is a senior business development and public policy professional with over 20years of experience across the pension industry, public administration, and education. Hehas extensive expertise in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and policyadvisory, with a strong track record of driving institutional growth and navigating complexregulatory environments.
Prior to working with Alpha10, he served as Head of Business Development at Trust FundPensions, leading strategic growth, market expansion, and partnership initiatives. He hasheld progressive leadership roles in Norrenberger Pension Limited, APT Pension Managers,Radix Pension Managers, and OAK Pension Ltd., managing regional operations acrossNorthern Nigeria, driving customer acquisition, and delivering asset growth. Earlier, hegained valuable administrative and supervisory experience with the Federal MortgageBank of Nigeria, Nigerian Turkish International College, and Hudaibiyya School.
Muhammed holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from Bayero University, Kano, multiplepostgraduate qualifications in Public Policy and Administration, Developmental Studies,and an MBA in Marketing from the same institution, as well as an Honorary Doctorate inPolitical Science & Administration from Forpase University, Benin Republic. He serves asDeputy Country Director of the United Nations International Human Rights Commissionand is recognized as an Eminent Peace Ambassador. He is a Fellow of the Institute ofInternational Peace and Secure Society (FIPSS), Chartered Institute of Commerce(FCICN), Institute of Classic Entrepreneurship (FICENT), and Institute of CorporateAdministrators (FICA), and serves as a Non-Executive Director on multiple boards.
