Tonye Akiga is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience spanning Risk & Compliance, Human Resource Management, Corporate Communications, and Office Administration. He currently serves as Head of Strategy & Communication at Alpha10 Fund Management Ltd, where he drives corporate strategy, brand positioning, and integrated communications to strengthen organizational growth and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Alpha10 Fund Management Limited, he held key roles at Norrenberger Pensions Limited. (formerly IEI-Anchor Pension Managers Limited.), including Enterprise Risk Management Officer, Compliance Officer, and Human Resource Officer. In these capacities, he contributed to risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, employee recruitment, learning and development, and overall workforce productivity.

Tonye holds a master’s degree in international Affairs & Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He has further enhanced his expertise over the years through certifications in Forensic Accounting, Leadership & Management, and Human Capital Risk Management. His career reflects a consistent commitment to operational excellence, risk management, and sustainable organizational development.
