Uchenna Ude is an accomplished finance professional with expertise in Investment Banking, Capital Origination, Financial Advisory, Transaction Structuring, and Corporate Finance. With over 10 years of industry experience, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, delivering strategic value, driving capital raising initiatives, and fostering strong client and investor relationships.​

At Alpha10, Uchenna currently serves as Head, Investment Banking and Advisory, leading capital origination, transaction structuring, and strategic advisory across infrastructure finance, trade finance, and private placements. She is a CFA charter holder and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Business School.​

She is passionate about everything finance and investment, with a particular love for working with numbers and solving analytical puzzles. Her strong analytical skill, combined with her ability to connect with people, allows her to see what others miss both in spreadsheets and in human potential.​

Prior to working with Alpha10, she served as Senior Financial Advisor at Milestone Financial Advisory Services Limited, where she led financial advisory mandates, business valuation, and restructuring engagements. She also served as a Financial Analyst at Phalsa Investments Limited, where she honed her analytical skills in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and portfolio analysis.​
